Active SEN is open from 7am Mon to Fri to help with morning cover. Please call us on 0208 004 3232 from 7am and we can help. We strongly recommend that you contact us beforehand to let us know you may be calling us or will be. This is so we can get staff ready for the morning.

Yes, you can call us if you have never used our service before. We welcome new enquiries from 7am daily and can assist with nearly all.

Whilst we have 100s of staff working and available – due to demand and logistics you should tell us in advance if you may need our services. We can then contact staff to be on call for your school or organisation.

Whilst we cannot promise to help with every request, it is much more likely we will have our best staff available for you, if you provide us with advance notice of any potential request.
